Motion in Spanish Senate calls for joint sovereignty

A motion in the Spanish Senate calls for joint sovereignty. It has been presented by the 'Partido Popular' (PP). 

It is based on four points, urging the Spanish government to reach a bilateral agreement with the UK for (1) Joint sovereignty (2) Double nationality (3) Self-government and (4) a fiscal regime aligned to the European Community.
