JOE GARCIA: 50 YEARS AN EDITOR
He started his journalistic career when, as a teenager, he became the London corresponmdent of the 'Gibraltar Post' newspaper. Later, when back in Gibraltar, he continued his writing and also started editing and publishing booklets and magazines, becoming an editor in his twenties. Later he went on to become the newspaper's editor, then its proprietor. He also founded and edited, to date, the Panorama.
