Special Olympics team off to Abu Dhabi

The Special Olympics Gibraltar team depart for the Special Olympics World Summer Games 2019 in Abu Dhabi, today. The 19 athletes plus 13 coaches and officials will be leaving on the afternoon flight to Manchester before they travel onwards to Abu Dhabi on Thursday.

 The team will be congregating in the airport at 3 pm when there will be a farewell reception hosted by the Chief Minister in the Wessex Lounge.
