TESTS CONTINUE AT THE LNG TERMINAL

As part of the on-going commissioning programme of the LNG Terminal, all operational and safety systems are being thoroughly tested. 

One of the systems in place to control pressure build-up in the terminal is the combustion of natural gas (flaring) which results in a small controlled flame. This system was successfully tested for the first time on Sunday and these tests are likely to continue.
