Gibraltar hosts the International Classic Vehicle Rally on the 18th and 19th May organised by the Gibraltar Classic Vehicle Association (GCVA).

On the 18th May from 10:00 classic vehicles from enthusiasts in Gibraltar, Spain and the U.K. will assemble at Casemates. Take the opportunity to come down to get a close look at these lovely machines.

The GCVA has organised a special day for its members and guests. Once again participants will be taken to tour one of the many heritage sites in this city. This time our visitors will get a guided tour of Hay's Level tunnel complex. Local historian Tito Vallejo will make sure our guests are well informed.

At 14:00 the vehicles will depart southbound along Main St. all the way to Cathedral Square from where they will process along Lovers’ Lane and then Rosia Rd. And so to Europa Point. After a brief stop there vehicles will make their way along the Eastside, along Devil's Tower Rd. and Glacis to Queensway to finally stop at the Hall of Fame restaurant for a late lunch. Local drivers are requested to please give way to the classic vehicles so that they can process together.

Following a day full of activities, classic car displays, historic tours with lots of socialising the second day of the rally continues with a classic car run in Spain and lunch. The GCVA vehicles with many of their guests will be experiencing a scenic drive through the Cork Woods on minor roads with very little traffic. This beautiful run ends with a lunch at Los Barrios.
