Garcia's statement from LibDem conference
"As the Chief Minister has rightly said, that work will continue.
"The people of Gibraltar will have a simple choice on 17 October. Brexit will continue to dominate politics. We have, over the years, built up the personal contacts and relationships with the people who matter - from all parties and on all sides of the Brexit debate.
"Despite the volume of work generated by Brexit, we have continued with plans to provide more houses, new schools and impressive sporting facilities for our people.
"I urge everyone to re-elect a GSLP Liberal Government to continue to steer us through the challenges posed by Brexit.
"Gibraltar will be better served and more secure with us at the helm."
