EXTRACT FROM ARTICLE:
The message at present due to the political situation in Spain is that Gibraltar must not drop its guard. I suggest that one way of doing this, is to make sure that we do not have a repetition of the “flag incident” which involved a member of Vox; or for that matter any other similar act; which not only distresses our community, but demeans and embarrasses us; as it portrays us as being incapable of defending our home.
I trust that the law enforcement agencies will not excuse any so called “prank”; but instead, if any is attempted, that they bring the weight of the law down on whoever tries any such action. We may not be able to do anything about what happens outside our borders; but at home, we should not tolerate any Spanish shenanigans.
