The technical talks on the future relationship of Gibraltar with the European Union appear to be reaching their point of decision.

The talks moved to Gibraltar yesterday, and on to the Campo area today, which is indicative that matters are being projected at a local level.
As we reported yesterday, the Spanish foreign minister said that while Spain will not renounce what they describe as their sovereignty rights, that they also have the objective of achieving shared prosperity on both sides of the frontier.
