Cars sold in Gibraltar with manuals not in the language of the land, that is not in English

The evidence was that vehicle instruction manuals for new cars were being distributed by car dealers which were not in the language of the land, that is, not in English in Gibraltar. 


Having established this was the case, we asked that an official survey of car dealers ought to establish what was going on and what remedy was required to be taken.
