The property trade has been on the rise with new buildings popping up everywhere. The question of how the market has been performing during Covid-19 is on many people’s minds. We are also preparing for Brexit in January 2021! What does this mean for investors’ and what changes have we seen so far?  


Being a face-to-face operation many estate agencies suffered during lockdown as viewings were put on hold indefinitely. In this lull estate agents were using the time to prepare for when viewings would resume.
