We are close to an agreement says Spanish Foreign Minister

The Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares has said that a treaty between the U.K. and the EU about Gibraltar is close.

Mr Albares was answering questions from journalists this week after a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels.
