Challenges Persist as Gibraltar Battles Inflation Amidst Signs of Price Declines

Inflation continues to be an issue in Gibraltar even though there are signs that prices are staring to fall as many analysts predicted would happen during the course of this year. 


The latest publicly released Index Retail Price (IRP) figures were for the period between 1 October last year and New Year’s Day this year where the annual inflation rate reached 7.9%, a quarter-on quarter rise of 0.3%.
