As winter approaches energy prices will be of concern to consumers and businesses alike, the conditions of the energy market might not be

as severe as last year but there are still concerns as oil prices are currently rising.
The July budget speech did outline some of the support measures that the government aim to put into place over the winter, but the outcome of the 12 October general election could yet change just what financial assistance is offered.
