Hope if powerful and Gibraltarians may wonder what the secret to achieving this is? Focusing on what you can control and discarding the rest is the key.


Hope is born from negativity which is needed for it to be ignited. If we only have positive emotions, it won’t flourish inside of us. We need difficulty, uncertainty and dissonance with something awry for us to call on hope. There are patterns coming from studying this emotion.
