Hauliers look to treaty to provide certainty

The recent announcement by ITAL logistics of a direct road freight groupage service to Gibraltar has drawn attention to the issue of overland transportation from and through the European Union to the Rock.

This is known to be one of the areas which will change substantially if there is a treaty and even more so if there is none.
