One of the key pieces of the jigsaw that is the government’s National Economic Plan is expected to sail into Gibraltar today on board a Chinese freighter which contains the modular components for a new elderly residential home at Rooke. It will be recalled that there was a commitment in their 2019 manifesto to deliver such a new facility under the Plan. Read more
