How ludicrous has been much of Spain’s foreign affairs rhetoric

When I look back in history, I realize how ludicrous much of the rhetoric of Spain’s foreign affairs ministers has been. If you recall, Sr. Matutes suggested in 1998, that deadlock on talks were perhaps due in part to the fact that the two parties and the people of Gibraltar, were tied to a concept of sovereignty which belonged to the past. Algeria earthquake affects the Rock
The Algeria earthquake caused problems to some of Gibraltar’s international communications services, with Gibtelecom saying yesterday morning that its International Private Leased Circuit customers had been badly affected with the loss of service on both the FLAG and SEAMEWE-3 cable consortiums. The Government has published the Appropriation Bill 2021.The House will have a chance to debate the Bill in Budget Session which will be held in July this year.
The Bill published provides for an estimated consolidated fund expenditure in this financial year of £665 million (£664,692,000) and capital expenditure of £68m (£67,640,000).
