The notion that AquaGib should have been prepared for a fire in a tunnel that would cause a rockfall which would damage a pipe is plainly absurd. Read more

The Government has been briefed for the second time today on the latest developments regarding water disruption across Gibraltar. The situation continues to improve further with only two localised areas remaining affected, at this stage, by the water shortage. Read more

Water was largely restored to Gibraltar over the weekend following an all out effort by the different departments and agencies involved. The operation to replace and divert the broken pipe, originally given as one which would take five days, was finally completed in two. Read more
