Dear Sir,
Shortly before midnight on the 12th December last year my elderly father aged 90 had a serious fall which resulted in my mother having to call the ambulance and my father was taken to A & E. MI was called and went to the hospital. I remained there with my parents until I left at about 3 am. Prior to my leaving it had been decided to keep my father in and they were sorting out which ward he was to be taken to. I left because I had an appointment myself at 9.45 at the hospital. Read more

Dear Sir,
The Representation in Westminster Movement would like to welcome and congratulate the recently formed Devolved Integration Movement. In particular we commend them for pursuing our own long-term goal to maintain our close links with Britain and to form an integral part of the British family (however different our interpretations may be of the words 'devolved' and 'integration'). Dear Sir,
On 27th January 2020. we commemorated in Gibraltar the International Holocaust Memorial Day and the 75th liberation anniversary from the Nazi death camp in
Auschwitz. 6 million Jews were murdered in 4 years. Speaking from London, according to a GBC report, the Chief Minister said "... we must not turn away from the horrors of Auschwitz ... we need to ensure we don't fall into the trap of allowing it to happen again'1. We all agree. Read more

Dear Sir,
Reading Joe Caruana's latest missive, I am reminded of the Iraqi Information Minister during the last Gulf War, nicknamed 'Comical Ali', on his wildly optimistic spin on military defeats. Leaving aside other historical inaccuracies, I recall that he founded the Integration With Britain Movement, not the Devolved Integration Movement, which would have the unfortunate acronym of DIM! Dear Sir,
Many supporters of our Movement wonder what advancements our Movement has made in our campaign for Representation in Westminster and to correct the Parliamentary Deficit that Gibraltarians suffers as BRITISH CITIZENS.
Our Movement started in 1998/99 as the DEVOLVED INTEGRATION MOVEMENT a concept started by Lyana Armstrong-Emery and followed by former Integrationist Minister Joe Caruana. Read more

Dear Sir,
On Saturday 1st February a Deaf Gibraltarian lady, Maite Facio-Beanland, stood in front of a predominantly hearing audience and gave us an insight to the Silent World of a Deaf person. It was a courageous and sincere expose of the life of many deaf people in the world which was succinctly delivered through a BSL interpreter and we the Brugada family warmly congratulate her for the uninhibited and relaxed style in which she delivered it. Well done Maite. Read more

Dear Sir,
Reading the letter from Emilio Reyes, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. If this is a response to my letters from a few months ago, why has it taken him or any of his colleagues so long to respond? Even if you don't have internet access in Gibraltar, Panorama is readily available in print. And he claims to be a member of the Representation in Westminster Group - isn't it supposed to be a Movement? Previously it was the Integration With Britain Movement, though it is not so much a case of old wine in new bottles, given that wine improves with age, so much as stale or mouldy bread in new wrapping, inedible however it looks on the outside. Dear Sir,
I have been reading one or two scaremongering letters, which seem to say that a democratic petition signed by an electoral Gibraltarian majority should be ignored.
Gibraltarians are not fools, when they sign something they are fully aware of what it means for their future.
We all know we need to start determining our future, a secure one, for our future generations. Read more
