Missing the wider picture?
More talks about the EU treaty will resume shortly, and it is no secret this takes considerable time of anyone who is in power, because if we get this wrong the consequences for Gibraltar could be devastating. We are told that hundreds of time-consuming meetings have been taking place, and they continue.
It is so obvious that those involved in such ongoing meetings and pre-meetings etc, cannot devote much time to do anything else. It is not that they do not want to address other issues at this point in time but that the time is not available. Is this understood?
