TIME RUNNING OUT TO STRIKE DEAL ON GIBRALTAR, says Spain

The Spanish foreign minister Arancha Gonzalez Laya says that time is running out to strike a Brexit deal on Gibraltar. And in an act of brinkmanship she is passing the buck, trying to blame Britain. 


This warning from Spain comes at a time when the end of the year is drawing to a close - that is the deadline to strike a deal.
