Ceuta buys Gibraltar’s rubble

Ceuta has authorised the purchase of construction rubble from Gibraltar - and they have taken 62,000 tonnes in just one year. 

EMC Limited is the exporter and he Ceuta company Makerel Medioambiental as importer.
