While Panorama Advances Exclusive News Others Blow Appreciation Trumpets!

It has become practically the norm, that when any news event of any importance or value occurs, a certain few in the local press, in fact the same small nit group, will pop out of the woodwork and indirectly or directly claim they had seen or reported on it first or credit each other in respective appreciation news reports. This unfortunately is the way the local media, small and minute as is has sadly become! 

No Trumpets Just Facts

Panorama who is not part of that somewhat mistaken media group is wholly justified to openly claim it correctly predicted important news events and to inform our readers and the greater public that important Panorama news projections of a week ago were correct.

This may be deemed as ‘blowing your own trumpet’ but when a fact begins to resemble whatever others feel is the originating truth, it becomes very difficult for anyone, especially our readers to tell the difference between “originating facts that are true” and resulting “facts” that clearly developed from those initiating facts reported a week ago by this newspaper.

But at least we are ‘blowing our own trumpet’ and not continuously ‘blowing the trumpet for others’. This is an issue that seriously irks this newspaper, one in fact we have criticised and complained about several times. This has now become a regular feature of the local press brass band section as trumpets regularly blaze away. Although this is an issue that will feature in future editions ‘no trumpets just facts’.
