“Before I left for the Lib Dem conference in the UK, the Chief Minister and I agreed when the election would be called and when it would take place.

We also agreed I should continue my work in Bournemouth putting across the Gibraltar point of view to the UK Liberal Democrats. This is all the more important in the light of the uncertainties generated by Brexit."
