Deal or no deal at The Last Supper: PLAN READY TO MINIMISE ANY SETBACK

Deal or no deal emerging from The Last Supper in Brussels, the latest official view is that, as regards Gibraltar and the Campo area, is that all contingency measures have been agreed between Britain and Spain to try and minimise the negative effects of any deal. 


But the wider issues were facing prime minister Boris Johnson and the EU president last night, with Johnson saying that as tings stood no British prime minister should accept it.
