Spanish media used new coronavirus strain to target Gibraltar border and force tighter restrictions

Spanish media outlets yesterday published a flurry of propaganda against Gibraltarians and cross-frontier workers as potential carriers of the more infectious new strain of coronavirus. 


In a push across television, radio, print and digital platforms, the concerted agenda criticised the Rock’s air corridor with the UK as ‘soft’ regarding coronavirus health control.
