SAND MOUNTAIN WILL OPEN VICTORIA KEYS

The ever-increasing sand mountain in the Eastern Beach/Catalan Bay area, gets people wondering if it is going to reach Rock-high. That will not be the case, because what is officially known as the 'eastside rubble tip' was closed last January with no further construction rubble being accepted as from then.


So, what do we do with such a mountain of sand? Well, it will help open Victoria Keys.
And what is Victoria Keys? That is a major development on the west side of Gibraltar, in fact in coaling island.
