Normal vehicle entry lane into Spain closed for ‘essential works’ says Spain

The Spanish have placed temporary diversions on traffic entering Spain. They came into force yesterday.


Yesterday the diversions were from 9.30am to 1.30pm, but as from today and for the rest of the week until Friday, the diversions will be on from 9.30am to 1.30pm and from 6pm to 7.00am.
A statement from the Gibraltar Government said: "HM GoG has been informed that on Monday 3rd May from 09:30hrs to 13:30hrs the Spanish Authorities will be closing the normal vehicle entry lane into Spain, to carry out essential works.
