United States withdraws marines unit from Spain

The United States are withdrawing some of its forces from the Moron base near Seville, and moving them to Italy.


As many as 850 marines and eight aircraft are moving out.

This is a blow for employment in the area, as well as a reduction of Spain's contribution to American military plans.
