Second book by Ronnie Barabich offers insight into Gibraltar’s past

Local author Ronnie Barabich launched his second book on Wednesday at bookstore and café, Bookgem. ‘Arnold Barobiscio Unmasked’ contains material in relation to Gibraltar’s social history, and follows on from ‘The Memoirs of Arnold Barobiscio – The Passage of a Gibraltarian Through Life in Gibraltar 1940-2010.’ 


The first and second editions of Ronnie’s first book were both written as ‘Arnold Barobiscio’, with stories told in third person, however in the author’s note of this book, Mr Barabich detailed: “My first book portrayed Arnold Barobiscio as a fictitious character, although to readers it soon became obvious that it was me.”
