Andorra set to reject new EU treaty?

Just before Gibraltar left the European Union, the EU commenced negotiations with Andorra, San Marino and Monaco for a new relationship with each of them.

These have lasted longer than the Gibraltar treaty talks but they now face a number of challenges which threaten to throw a spanner in the works.
