A 17-year-old local juvenile has been arrested on suspicion of two attempted robberies in the town centre yesterday.
Just after 12 noon, the RGP Control Room received a report of a man brandishing a knife and demanding money at a business in Irish Town. Read more

Yesterday saw the inauguration of a new permanent drinking water fountain in Casemates Square installed by AquaGib Ltd.
During the 2019 Gibraltar Island Games, AquaGib Ltd worked closely with the organising committee to install event-designed water fountains around the various event locations throughout the games, aiming to provide a healthier drinking alternative. Such was its success that HMGoG approached us with the idea of installing a drinking water fountain at Casemates. Read more

'The service, encompassed within a broader remit and under the discreet name of the 'Well Person Clinic' was announced amid much fanfare by then Minister for Health Neil Costa almost three years ago. Incident in Town
A man has been arrested following an incident in the centre of town.
Just after 12 noon the RGP Control Room received a report of a man brandishing a knife at a business in Irish Town.
Shortly after, police received a second report of the same man brandishing a knife just outside the Hindu Temple on Engineer’s Lane. Read more
