In 2018 the Governor, the Government of Gibraltar and the Gibraltar Police Authority generally acknowledged the seriousness of a very damning and morale damaging result of the Gibraltar Police Federation (GPF) survey of officers. the RGP were less convincing, where senior police command was unable to admit or acknowledge the seriousness surrounding the whole internal bullying situation engulfing local policing. This week, was a classic example of that, where most of Gibraltar and a good part of the media and all politicians, although mostly to blame, is the government as the political voice of the nation. The Spanish Government is considering the creation of a 'fast lane' at the frontier for Spanish workers, says a representative of the Spanish Government. This could be achieved by the creation of a sort of visa for Spanish workers, this is being described as a 'pseudo-visa.'
